Danilo Konvalinka of Musical Wonder House
By Douglas Henderson

Hello MMD readers, Year 2000 promises to be a far better one for
Danilo Konvalinka, who is making progress from the effects of
a stroke which occurred late last year.

He was in Massachusetts for the Nov.-Dec. business season, alternating
between The Merry Music Box shop and a rehabilitation clinic in Woburn,
and finally returning to Maine to spend Christmas and New Year here
in Wiscasset.

Danilo is able to walk a little now, but he still uses both a walker
and a wheelchair at this period of rehabilitation. He's returning
to the Lexington, Mass., shop tomorrow, so all P.O. and e-mail should
be addressed to that location. The e-mail links and the telephone
and address information are on this Internet page:

Our museum, The Musical Wonder House, should be starting its 37th
season on Memorial Day weekend, May 27, 2000. See
http://www.musicalwonderhouse.com/museum.htm

We are happy to report progress regarding Danilo's health. In fact,
he's even been able to pedal a player-piano for a short period of time!

Regards from Maine,
