Herbert Juettemann's book, Waldkircher Dreh- und Jahrmarkt-Orgeln
(Waldkirch, 1993) has on page 321 an advertisement for Heinrich Voigt
(note the correct spelling).  It says:

A. Ruth & Sohn, Waldkirch, Breisgau.  Nachfolger seit 1938:
Heinrich Voigt, Frankfurt (Main) - Hoechst.  Orgelnoten und -teile
fuer alle eingefuehrten Fabrikate in bekannter Qualitaet; Karton-
und Rollennoten nach den Originalen-Modellen von A.  Ruth & Sohn.

Forty years ago I sent Voigt a Wurlitzer 165 roll with the question
whether he could, as he claimed, cut rolls to that scale.  I neither
heard from him, nor received return of the roll I sent him.
