Wouldn't it be a useful thing to know about if the MMD web page carried
a listing of all known rollography projects, both on-line and off-line?

I recently became aware, purely by accident, of Terry Hathaway's
project of compiling tune lists for all known Wurlitzer Pian-Orchestra
and Philipps Paganini rolls.  Terry put a link from his web page to my
web page for Wurlitzer band organ roll catalogs, and I agreed to do the
same for his site.  (Okay, Terry, it will appear in the next download,
coming this week).

I'd be glad to provide links for any other rollographies too on my
web page.  But what is really needed is a union list where people can
learn what rollographies are available and whom to contact to add data.

The list should also include reference to the great print rollographies
like the Billings rollography (QRS) and Charles Davis Smith's Welte and
Duo-Art opera.  There are many other rollographies not on-line (like Rob
DeLand's), though I suspect the proportion that are will change as time
goes on.  They are much easier to maintain and disseminate in on-line
mode, though the profit from them in dollars and cents is nil.
