I have seen this title from time to time on eBay roll auctions.

If you can't find it, you can copy my roll sometime.  Actually I'm
going to put my Dynavoice on a friend's piano that has a PianoDisc
set-up hooked up to his computer to make MIDI files of my rolls later
this year -- maybe that'll do it?
