Hi All,  Does anybody have an idea as to the exact correlation between
when a piano gets its serial number and when it's actually completed?
Is it reasonable to estimate a date using the number of units completed
per day as the reference point?

Assuming you have as many people as you can effectively use at the same
time, each doing a separate task, approximately how long does it take
to make a piano?  After assembly is complete, how many days would
elapse before it was ready for delivery?

I'm guessing the whole process from serializing the pin ply to 'tuned,
ready to ship' is about two weeks minimum.
