I need a complete late Welte single roll organ player, if anyone
has one for sale.  The later ones would play both the Welte and the
Kimball-Welte rolls.

I need the compete spool box unit with the tracking and rewind, etc.,
components, plus the vacuum to electric primary relay.  I do not need
the stop reversible and pedal relay, as I have a fine new substitute
for that troublesome contraption.
