I'm not familiar with the movie "Easter Parade", but this song is
on a piano roll.  The label on the box I'm looking at says:

  Irving Berlin
  Played by Doug Yolo
  805-A Word Roll

It's not my roll to sell, but the owner could probably be talked out
of it if you are interested.

(I've got this neat arrangement for rolls: I borrow a bunch from a
local collector, take them home and play them all I want, then return
them when I'm tired of them and exchange them for a new batch.  I get
to listen to hundreds of rolls and he finds out which ones are still
good and which ones aren't good.)
