I have been browsing around the MMD archives and came across the
thread about the Saint-Saens piano concerto in G minor [991117 MMD].
I downloaded the MIDI files, and it is indeed spectacular.  I also saw
the postings about the background on Victor Wittgenstein, the pianist.

Would appreciate it if anyone could let me know the date, or at least
the year, these rolls were recorded or published.  That information
was not included in the MIDI file annotations.  (At least I couldn't
find them.)

I apologize if this topic already has been covered.  If it has, please
direct me to the appropriate archival postings.
