Keyboard Carriage Piano Movers
By Randy Hayno

Just to add to the piano moving thread. A few years back I bought
an art case Knabe Ampico B and a Regina 27" Automatic changer in Utah.
I live in a rural area near New Orleans.

I used Keyboard Carriage. They picked up the 5'8" Knabe piano,
bench, ten boxes including rolls, pedal lyre, 27" discs and the Regina
changer with the original etched glass in the front. They picked it up
at a piano dealer in Utah and brought it to a piano shop here in New
Orleans. About 12 objects in all.

The price was unbelievably inexpensive. All items arrived without a
scratch in less than two weeks after the order was placed. The piano
was on a very large commercial skid board. I would recommend them for
any move.

I have two friends who convinced them to meet them in a parking lot of
a mall or shopping center to pick up their goods with a trailer as they
don't move from home to home. But any good piano dealer should be able
to make a deal to pick up and hold a piano if they have the time.
