MSC <www.mscdirect.com> has oval head slotted wood screws in zinc
plated, 18-8 stainless, and brass, in sizes ranging from #4x1/2" to
#10x1-1/2". Also round head slotted, flat head Phillips, flat head
slotted, etc., etc. Unfortunately all of their plain steel wood
screws are zinc plated.
