John Tuttle says that he doesn't believe that the book from Player
Piano Co. that lists makes of pianos and identifies the player actions
used in the different types is still available.  In the PPCo 1994-95
catalog, which I believe is the last they issued, the book is item no.
D-35, Player Action Identification.  The price is $7.50.
