As Mike Kitner told in 2000.07.08.01 MMD, the Museo di Strumenti
Musicali Meccanici in Savio, 25 km outside Ravenna, is closed.

Recently I happened to pass by Ravenna, and since the local tourist
information office posted its location and open times, and were helpful
to instruct on the route, I ventured to go there anyway, only to find a
handwritten note on its dusty door telling that you could make
appointments for groups of at least 10 persons.

People in the nearby restaurant testified that it is a very nice
collection, and deeply deplored its inaccessibility  -- it is not
always easy to run a private museum.
