I didn't quite understand what exactly the "Piano Horse" is. Is it some
kind of skid board?  I had a device by the same name.  It was a folding
tripod made of 2 X 4's and held up one corner of the grand to allow for
the first leg to come off and on for moving.  By the way, two people
can move most grands less than 9'.
