Using MIDI Keyboard to Control Organ Synth
By Allan Merralls

I have thought it might be possible to control a SoundBlaster AWE or
LIVE with just a music keyboard plugged into a MIDI adapter through the
game port of a computer.

The trick would be in software, to simulate the draw knobs and presets
of an organ, controlled through re-mapping the computer's keyboard.
I'm sure you could use several music keyboards on different MIDI
channels. I even named it "Virtual Farney" after Farney Wurlitzer,
thinking of a theater organ sound font.
