Dear Benjamin and MMD Listers:  The only book I can think of was
"Wurlitzer Band Organ Pipe Scales" by Doyle H. Lane, copyright 1981,
Daniel Boone Village.  I believe it is long out-of-print.

Were you thinking of a larger subject like the theatre organ scales
by Wurlitzer?  Someone should do something on that if they have a spare
year to spend in research.  ;-)
