Ebersole and Dayton Player Pianos

I would guess that the piano was made by another manufacturer for
Ebersole to sell under their own name.

I once bought a Dayton upright player (with Standard action) that was
clearly a Kohler & Campbell style AXX. "Dayton" was on the fallboard
and on a screwed-on piece over the plate.

There are plenty of authentic Dayton (Dayton, KY) uprights still
around, but this one had a K&C serial number. Kohler & Campbell made
lots of pianos with other names on them.
