Movements of the Dale Sonata come up regularly in the British roll
auctions.  I have one movement and know four collectors who have all of
it.  Michael Broadway did a recording of it about ten years ago for the
BBC using his Themodist pushup on one of their numerous Steinways which
is a good performance by any standards.

If Paul likes I can keep a watching brief for him.  It might take a
couple of years to get all the rolls.  They'll cost between 4 and 9 GBP
each (US$ 6 to 13.50).  And postage.
