Rex Lawson was looking for a good grand for a client and this smelt
like one, so I emailed him.

I have just heard from Denis Hall (the Duo-Art purist) that he and
Rex went and had a look at it yesterday, at Worthing, 60 miles south of
London, and it's a prime example, not to be missed if you have room for
a grand.  Has minor casework blemishes and something wrong with the
sustaining pedal actuator, but it pedals well and most importantly is
an excellent piano for hand playing, a typical top-rank Weber.
Single-finger tracking, which dates it 1912 to 1914. (6-foot, not 6'6".
Rex's client doesn't have room for it.)
