I have been thinking of using the pneumatic switch assembly for reading
music rolls, described by Richard Vance in the MMD Technical Library,
with a roll frame and tracker bar assembly as a MIDI/computer/electronic
(and/or pipe) organ interface, etc., input device.

Thanks Richard. It's articles like this that help us newbies out.

I have also wondered about using an inexpensive pressure switch such
as the MPL-500 series from MPL Products, but I don't know if they would
have fast enough response. That's one of the many things that need
tried and tested. See http://www.pressureswitch.com/index.html
