countries outside of UK (you can buy direct from myself) or USA (see
Todd Augsberger's Roller Organ page).  I would like to offer lots of
at least _ten_ copies of my book at a reduced price of GBP 2.45 (cover
price is GBP 2.95) and post _free_ to any museum or society in other
countries.
