For parcel shipping rates, go to http://www.intershipper.com  They
will give you rates for 8 shippers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Airborne,
Emory, BAX, & AirNet.)

For USPS International Shipping rates, see http://ircalc.usps.gov/

For packing and shipping services, check http://www.mbe.com/    They
will package and ship for you but probably not pick up but you can ask.
I have used them a number of times and they usually pack pretty well
but they are pricey.

For international shipments you may want to consider a wooden crate for
valuable and fragile items.  I've gotten many shipments from Europe and
England where the cardboard shipping box was crushed.
