Patricia Eakins, the daughter of Paul and Laura Eakins, who built
and ran the Gay Nineties Village, Sikeston, Mo., from 1951 until 1970,
seems to be all that is left of the Eakins enterprises.  She is selling
off the remaining stock of sound recordings made from the various
instruments that her father owned.  (See history and pictures on page
307-308 of Art Reblitz's book, "The Golden Age Of Automatic Musical
Instruments.)

If no satisfaction is received from whoever answers the telephone,
I would try asking to speak to Patricia, herself.  Too often employees
that are marginally functional are the ones assigned to telephone duty
-- one notable exception being Jack at PPCo.
