John, your tune #11 is "Arrah Go On, I'm Gonna Go Back To Oregon,"
by Bert Grant (c April 1, 1916).  I'm 100% sure of this
identification.

When I tried to play US 13058, it sounded like you had the roll on
backwards, but after listening to two-thirds of this roll cacophony
I discovered that I also had "Belgian Rose" playing simultaneously.
When I cut off "Belgian Rose" US13058 sounded a hell of a lot better,
but still unidentifiable.
