Craig mentioned in MMD 02037 that most player pianos used 7/32" tubing.
What is the _ideal_ tubing size for the A-roll [nickelodeon] player?

Since the hole perforation size in the 'A' roll is almost twice that
of the standard 88-note roll, you would think the tubing size would
always be different.  Assuming the ideal bleed/valve size for the
larger perforation, a standard tubing run length for a typical A-roll
instrument, and all other variables are ideal, what would the ideal
tubing size be?
