I am no expert but "Treasures of Mechanical Music", by Arthur Reblitz
and Q. David Bowers, says:

"The Seeburg Style L cabinet piano has only 54 playing notes for the 58
note holes in the roll. The lowest bass note is B, and it is coupled to
the next higher B on the stack so that both notes play at once from
note 15. The second bass note, C, plays from hole 4.

"The last 5 treble notes are missing in this piano, so the 5 highest
note holes in the tracker bar are coupled down an octave on the piano.
In this piano the lowest three piano notes, B, C,  and C# play from
roll holes 15, 4, and 5 in that order.

"The upper 13 notes, in order E, F, F#, G, G#, A, A#, B, C, C#, D, D#,
and E, are played from holes 44 through 56 inclusive, in order. Holes
57 through 61 are coupled to holes 45 through 49 in order as follows:
57 to 45, 58 to 46, 59 to 47, 60 to 48, and 61 to 49.

The A roll scale is shown as:

1. Soft pedal
2. Sustaining pedal
3. Play
4 to 61 C-A, 58 playing notes
62. Extra instrument (such as xylophone or a pipe rank)
63. Rewind
64. Mandolin
65. Shutoff
