As this topic is still current I had better have my say.  In the past
I have bought and sold rolls (never any junk) several times on eBay.
In this country Mastertouch only manufacture 88-note rolls so we have
to look elsewhere for reproducing piano rolls.

If any dispute does arise I have found eBay to be very helpful.  There
was a time someone bid _twice_ for a baseball pitching machine for me
(no one had access to my password).  It was the middle of the night
here in Australia and our computer was even turned off!  Fortunately,
the phantom bidder gave up when the bidding got to $650.00.  That
amount would have bought me quite a few rolls.

Needless to say I changed my password.
