Ed Chaban's request (MMD 020319) for information on Ellsworth Johnson
brought back memories from the distant past.  I had written to Mr.
Johnson, who was a fairly large dealer in automatic music instruments,
requesting a list of instruments which he had for sale at the time.
I will quote from his letterhead:

  West 611 First Avenue,
  Spokane, Washington 99204

The instrument list contained descriptions and some photographs of
21 reproducing pianos, 2 Photoplayers, 4 coin pianos, and 1 Vorsetzer.
