I have worked on a few and would be happy to advise you, Peter.
Please drop a line with your phone number and I will contact you.
Congratulations on your choice of an excellent product.

Incidentally, I have written reams of technical correspondence
regarding these matters, and hope at some point to figure out how to
post them on our web site when time permits. However, out of the 65 or
so units shipped, only a very few have had problems. These were mostly
due to poor quality control, resulting from under capitalization.
Telephone coaching of my customers has seemed the most useful. 99%
of the time thus spent relates to Microsoft Windows, by the way, and
helping people get it to work -- not to the PowerRoll, which is
extremely simple to use.

I have at length solved all of the few problems experienced to date,
and those corrections not embodied in the last run will be in the next,
as well as retrofits made available to existing units to correct
potential future problems, once production resumes.
