Hi MMD readers:  Two weeks ago I purchased an old original Wilcox &
White player reed organ, Symphony model, made by W&W Organ Co.,
Meriden, Conn., USA.

It was in restoring process by a technician who died six years ago.
The reeds play well and the pneumatic player needs full cleaning and
very little restoration, but some wooden parts are missing, like the
keyboard cover, and other parts near the keyboard.  Also there are some
indications that something else is missing inside.  It plays 44-note
rolls, and has with it only one, unknown title.  The same instrument
is in Bowers' Encyclopedia of Automatic Musical Instruments, page 781.

So, at this moment I want to contact Symphony owners, who can mail me
(and also send photos) to see how was the original wood parts and other
details, like the transposer keyboard, some controls at the right
under the keyboard, etc.

With the instrument, I bought about 25 original Aeolian Pipe Organ
rolls (from 1911), in very good condition, that I would like to
exchange for other rolls which can play in the Symphony (44 notes).
