Is there available, anywhere, a comprehensive guide to determine the
type of piano a particular roll is cut for (88-note, Ampico, etc.) so
as to be able to determine this information by only looking at a roll?

I often run across rolls and have no idea what machine they are for.
(If there is not such a thing available, I'll be happy to gather the
information, make scans, etc, and put them on my web site, but would
prefer not to duplicate work already done.)
