This really is a question for Richard Brandle, but I have lost his
e-mail address.  I am considering buying a Broadmoore Research
PowerRoll from someone.  I use Brandle's WindPlay.94 version to play
the BAR/ANN roll files using a laptop with Windows 98, which works
just fine.

I would like to know whether any 'higher' version of Windows (20xx)
will run WindPlay.94. I would appreciate if someone can enlighten me
based on their own experience, or knows Richard's e-mail address so
I can contact him with the same question.
