I just received a sample from Schaff Piano Supply of the new 7/32"
tubing which I think is going to be fine.  It has a .007 inch
tolerance, so we'll see how they hold tolerances there, but so far,
I am very pleased with it, and if their subsequent batches are like
this sample, I will heartily endorse it.  It's really good stuff.
