Windows Beyond 98

It is possible, but Microsoft operating systems do not like sharing the
computer with each other.  Microsoft operating systems have never been
good at sharing the computer with any other OS.

While it is possible, it would be extraordinarily difficult to set up
and keep it running.  As well, you would still need to reboot to change
operating systems -- unless you ran one within the other using a product
like VMware.

I think you mean Caldera DOS.  There is also an open-source DOS, named
FreeDOS, that has been in development for several years.
