Unusual Baldwin Piano
By Andy Taylor

Hi All

While visiting a friend here in Arizona, I ran across a small Baldwin
made piano, This is a stringed instrument, however, there is no
soundboard, and the bridges appear to be designed for a electronic
amplifier type pickup. it has a fairly conventional "drop" action.

The tuning pins face the rear of the piano. the piano is roughly the
same size as a small spinet. If anyone has the least idea what this
thing is, and perhaps what it might be worth, I'd love to hear from
you. It might make a good "bar gig" piano.
