Request Info on Band Rally in Michigan, Aug. 2-3

I would appreciate some information and a contact person for the Band
Organ Rally scheduled for August 2-3 in Michigan.  I believe it was
posted here once, but my search program can't find it.  I'd like to
come and bring my Raffin 31.
