Gene Gerety and I will be demonstrating our MIDI valve interface for
pneumatic pianos at the MBSI annual meeting.  Since our custom MIDI
controller will not be finished in time, we will be demonstrating in
Octet compatibility mode.  I am attempting to cover all possible
failures by having duplicate parts for everything that is being shipped.
I only have one Octet UM1, which has been reliable for years, but I am
still concerned as a failure would mean the end of the demonstration.

Does anyone have a spare UM1 (UM0 in a pinch) that they would sell or
lend, or rent?  The chance is remote that it will even be used.  I just
want to have one on hand in case and prefer to not spend full retail
for this insurance.
