Unknown Roller Organ Cobs Are Gem

Sounds like rollers for a Gem roller organ.  These are fairly common,
appear often on eBay; see http://www.rollerorgans.com/

I just restored the bellows on my Gem yesterday.  I am now in need of
the felt for the keys.  Anyone know of a source for a rather thick
felt?  Local fabric shops don't have anything.
