I have a music box bracelet which plays "The Anniversary Song",
which was written by Al Jolson back in 1946, so I assume the bracelet
dates to the late 1940's or early 1950's.  It appears to be made
of a gold-washed metal.  The 18-tooth movement is marked "Breitler
Switzerland Pat. Pend."

Any information you can provide would be so greatly appreciated.
I have never heard of this movement before and I cannot find anyone
who has ever seen a piece like this.  I am looking for any information
on Breitler, the maker of the bracelet, and of course help in
determining the value of the piece.  Thank you so much for your time.
