Cleaning Celluloid Key Tops
By Bruce Clark

Cleaning sticky goo from most anything is easily done using ordinary
kerosene. Two or three applications may be necessary, and the kerosene
left on the object will eventually evaporate and leave no trace.

There are other commercial products, such as "Goo-gone" and "Goof-off",
but sometimes these can damage the finish of some products, especially
if it is a painted surface.
