I am in need of a spring replacement and general cleaning for an
external horn 78-rpm phonograph (European, has a Thorens reproducer
and marked "Preacisonocord" on a brass plaque).  I would like a
recommendation for someone to do this.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with one of the most advertised
companies, so I would appreciate hearing of good experiences that
others have had.
