Andy, if you would like, I would be more than happy to sent you my
wife's 25-pound, one-eyed old stray tom cat.  You can be assured that
he will take care of any visiting mice.

But seriously, I've seen those small, ultrasonic pest repellers
advertised that suppose to drive away rodents.  I have never used one,
but maybe someone has had success with them.
