I understand that there exists two types of Ampico demonstration roll.
One is rather "technical", playing chords and the like at different
expression levels, with and without crescendo, etc.  The other contains
sections of several pieces, usually classical, that have exceptional
dynamic effects.

Can anyone tell me the numbers of these rolls?  Are recuts available
and from what source?  Or does anyone have rolls for sale?
