For Sale:  1927 Chickering Ampico baby grand, serial number 143958.
Perfect playing condition, with rolls and bench.  Beautifully framed
original 1927 bill of sale from The Walthall Music Company in San
Antonio.

The piano was purchased from the original owner in the 1960s.
Piano has never been rebuilt; heavy wrought iron and mahogany with
a few, subtle scratch marks and one water stain.  Tuned keyboard
plays beautifully.  100+ Ampico rolls play perfectly.  This piano
has a twin somewhere.

Asking $20,000 or best offer.  Will ship via consolidated household
