Mills Violano Bow Wheels Found in Antique Shop

Last weekend in an antique shop I found a set of Mills Violano bow
wheels and a unused cake of the rosin .  What is the value of these
parts, and are there buyers for them?  And yes, I asked -- he has no
idea what happened to the machine.  Darn!
