Seek Tubing Diagram for Capitol Coin-Op

Does anyone have a tubing diagram for the play and re-wind valve system
on a 1923 Capitol Coin-Op?   Whenever the roll starts, it immediately
goes into re-wind and I haven't been able to solve it.
