In regard to sending parcels to Mexico.  I have a customer for piano
rolls down in Mexico and he instructed me many years ago never to mail
anything directly to him.  He said that it would most likely be stolen.
He has me send any parcels to him in care of an American in Texas.
Pretty sad state of affairs ...  and we offer them favoured status
as a trading partner!
