Clark Howard, the host on a consumer orientated radio program,
has given several strong warnings about PayPal and their refusal to
cooperate when there has been a wrongful move made on the part of the
person selling an item.   According to him PayPal has repeatedly not
responded to justified contests.  Howard advises using a different
method of payment.
