Actually, I discovered that when I bought a collection of music for my
Aeolian push-up player. The former owner must have had an Angelus as
several Aeolian rolls had been "Angelified", ruling and lettering being
painstakingly copied on the reverse side of the paper. But the Angelus
rolls had positively _not_ to be reversed in order to play them on the
Aeolian.

I wonder if there are many other instruments with reversible music?

Ever heard of double-sided gramophone (Am: phonograph) records? --
Well, I suppose most disc-type organettes such as the Ariston, and
consequently the Stella music box, can be made to play backwards!
