Find someone who has a Selpo piano truck.  It'll fasten onto the piano
and allow easy upending.  Otherwise use several mover's pads.  Have at
least four strong men all of whom can take orders or work on a team.

You don't say where you are.  I have a Selpo truck, but my location of
central North Carolina is probably far from you.
