In the past, I recovered some player air motors with "motor" cloth
(double-ply cotton) and they turned sluggishly.  They worked fine after
re-covering with single-ply pneumatic cloth.  I've seen others use the
pneumatic cloth, too.  My question is: am I wrong in using the thinner
cloth on the air motor?
